inconsistent stay, some concerns NOTED
low quality cold water
this hotel had problems. the food quality was low. i think the staff knew it, but smiled anyway. loud music played ALL day long, from 10 am to 11 pm. IT was impossible to relax. our room wasnt soundproof. water pressure in the shower was weak. the water was cold.

fresh towels separate areas
The room was very clean. Walid ensured i had fresh towels daily. i appreciated the various swimming pools available, especially the separate areas designated for children.
the pool towels exchange system was a bit inconvenient!

Fantastic Hotel Experience
tasty food friendly staff
I liked the varied and tasty food on offer. The hotel staff were very friendly. Ahmed Kalid helped me with my luggage on arrival and departure , which I found kind.

limited equipment language barrier
The grounds were well maintained. The bars offered a variety of drinks.
The gym lacked working air conditioning, unacceptable. Equipment in the gym was limited. I found the food disappointing. I am vegan and meat, fish, and dairy seemed to be in everything. The language barrier made speaking with chefs difficult.
